At Rindge Avenue Upper Campus, we just wrapped up our Geography unit with student presentations of their country's virtual brochure project using Google Maps.
The goal of the project was to use the key understandings of the Five Themes of Geography to persuade a Cambridge resident to visit another country in the world.
Students developed persuasive paragraphs paraphrasing information on the physical characteristics, human characteristics, and movement and human-environment interaction of their chosen country.
