Last week, 6th graders visited the McGovern Institute for Brain Research and MIT Museum. During this “field experience,” students had the opportunity to interact with neuroscientists, view actual brains, see human brain activity through an MRI, learn from MIT scholars about brain-computer interfaces (BCI), and design their own BCIs!
