Seventh grade RAUC scientists have an amazing opportunity to work with MIT scientists starting this January and moving through spring. We are excited to be a part of MIT’s Zero-G (Zero Gravity) Outreach Initiative!
- With guidance from Cody Alison Paige, a Ph.D. student in Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT, and Mr. Mahoney, students will design and propose their own experiments for microgravity on board a Zero-G flight which Cody will be on.
- Two actual astronauts- Jeff Hoffman and (hopefully) Cady Coleman - will review the top 5 experiments and select one final experiment to fly on the MIT chartered Zero-G parabolic flight in May.
- The whole thing will be filmed in Virtual Reality and shared with the entire class.

Good Luck RAUC Scientists!
