For this month’s student spotlight, we are featuring Kallie Alexis. Kallie helps our school community in many ways as the co-president of our student government and an active member of our school council.
Some advice from Kallie for other students:
“…try and get involved with the school. Joining student government or school council helps you develop many leadership qualities, and it's fun to learn about some of what goes into running a school smoothly and planning events that the student body can enjoy. Secondly, I recommend finding your interests by joining clubs and starting new hobbies, you may find some that will be long-lasting. Lastly, take risks by trying to participate and class, and try on your schoolwork because it is meant to prepare you for high school and possibly college.”
